1. These terms

This website is operated by Kreonovo, a software and integration company with operations in South Africa. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is for

The site describes our services and the kinds of work we do. It is published for general information.

Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to supply anything, and nothing on it forms a contract. Work is agreed only in a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement, and those terms take precedence over anything published here.

Case studies and examples describe the nature of the work rather than any single client engagement, and the figures in them are illustrative. Earlier results do not predict what a similar project would achieve for you.

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either of us to proceed.

3. No advice, no warranty of accuracy

The content here is not technical, legal, financial or other professional advice for your situation. Decisions about your own systems should be taken on advice that accounts for your circumstances.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of errors or omissions.

4. Acceptable use

When you use this site:

• Use it lawfully, and not in a way that damages it, disables it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system, and do not probe, scan or test its security without our written permission.
• Do not introduce malicious code, and do not attempt to overload the site or the enquiry form.
• Do not use automated tools to copy, scrape or harvest content or contact details, beyond search engines indexing the site in the ordinary way, and do not use content from the site to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
• Use the enquiry form for genuine enquiries only. Do not send unsolicited advertising, and do not submit someone else’s personal information without their permission.
• Do not misrepresent an association with, or endorsement by, Kreonovo.

We may restrict or block access where these rules are broken.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its text, design, layout, graphics and code, together with the Kreonovo name and logo, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not republish, sell, adapt, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission, and you must not remove any notice of ownership.

Product, platform and company names that appear on the site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used to describe the systems we work with. A mention does not imply that the owner endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with us unless we state a partnership explicitly.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party websites, including our own social media profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Availability and changes to the site

The site is provided as it stands and as available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not obliged to keep any content published.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it, including loss of profit, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 where those apply to you.

Liability for work we are engaged to perform is dealt with in the agreement for that work, not on this page.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy at https://kreonovo.com/privacy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction. If you use the site from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term immediately, we keep the right to enforce it later.

We may amend these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
